Do you love interacting with people? Do you love helping users discover the best out of a product? Become a technical support engineer (internally we call you a 'customer happiness engineer') at Wingify, a fast growing software company. We require people who can provide technical and non-technical support over email to our customers for challenging issues. (Occasional voice / phone support)
Here's what you would be required to do:
- Answer customer queries over email / ticketing system
- Interact with our engineering team to get software issues and bugs resolved
- Maintain and update knowledgebase, documentation and FAQs
- Occassionaly interact with customers over Skype or telephone
- Contribute ideas to the team on how customers can be delighted
In short, your job is to keep our customers happy by helping them with their queries and issues.
We are looking for someone who:
- Knows the importance of customer support and satisfaction of customers in the success of a company. Customer support is a religion at our company and we have high standards and expectations. Everyone in the company, including CEO, does customer support at our company.
- Is passionate about technology, especially PHP / HTML / CSS / JavaScript. Expert knowledge of web technologies is not required but is a HUGE plus
- Has excellent written and spoken English skills
- Is willing to work in rotating shifts (night shifts from your home - we have flexible work from home policy)

We're a small group of smart folks who take immense pride in creating usable, world class software products. None of us is a dedicated designer, yet all of us are designers in some sense. We are now looking to get a full-time dedicated designer onboard who can help us navigate the thick and complex waters of B2B software.
Here's what you are required to do:
- Refine and redo existing interfaces, reports and user flow in VWO (please signup for a free trial on the website to see the product in action)
- Make intuitive interfaces for new features in VWO (adding a new feature to an existing product is always fraught with design anxiety, we hope you appreciate and enjoy it)
- Use PhotoShop, Paper/Pencil or whatever else is the tool of your choice to do the designing
- Use HTML and CSS (and probably JavaScript) comfortably to help our engineers make your design live

Software Engineer - Web Technologies
We require hackers / programmers to work on interesting new features and products. We (as an Indian startup) are proudly challenging Google in website optimization space. Apply for the job if any of the following excites you:
- Our servers process over 4 billion pageviews per month (our stack: Linux + Apache + PHP + MySQL + Nginx + Varnish + Lua)

Software Engineer - JavaScript Expert
If you think JavaScript is the best language ever and love it more than your girlfriend (or boyfriend), Wingify is where you ought to be. And here's why:
- Our test editor allows a user to completely modify a page through an intuitive editor (there are operations such as rearrange, move, edit, etc.) All this requires extreme amounts of JavaScript and DOM wizardry
- We need to modify the pages of our users BEFORE they are fully loaded (so we need to listen to various events on the page)
- We need to optimize and minimize JavaScript as much as possible without giving up on modularity and flexibility
We are looking for someone who:
- Considers himself a JavaScript expert and wants to make a career out of it
- Keeps himself/herself updated with latest JavaScript technologies and frameworks (node.js, backbone.js, etc.)
- Believes in proper unit, functional and integration testing of JavaScript code that s/he writes
- Is hands-on with CSS, HTML and knows how JavaScript plays best with web technologies
- Contributes to open-source or has done personal projects outside of work
