Sub-accounts can be created if you want to set up a separate account for one of your clients. This is a feature targeted at agencies but you can use this feature to manage tests in a better manner. It is also useful in large enterprises where different teams might want to run different tests on varying domain names.
This functionality is available in Manage Account section. Take note that different sub-accounts will have a different (internal) account-id, hence same code snippet cannot be used to run tests across different sub-accounts.
